Fees

The fees of Cantwell Grove, which are updated from time to time, are as follows:

Standard fees:

£750 – Set-up fee – Scheme establishment

£500 – Annual Management Charge (AMC) – For a single Member

£250 – AMC – Per each additional Member

£250 – Termination Assistance Fee


Please note: Cantwell Grove does not charge fees when clients take their retirement benefits. 
The ‘Retirement Benefits’ section gives more detail.

Additional fees (if applicable):

£300 – Commercial property purchase
(plus £50 added to the AMC during the period of ownership)

£300 – Loan from the Scheme
(plus £50 added to the AMC for the duration of the loan)

£300 – Borrowing by the Scheme (plus £50 added to the AMC for the duration of the borrowing)

£500 – Investment in unquoted shares
(plus £50 added to the AMC during the period of ownership)

Notes:

  • All fees are subject to VAT.
  • AMC fees are payable annually in advance for the provision of the Services.
  • Increase to fees. The AMC shall remain fixed for the first three years of the Administration Services Agreement. Thereafter, this will increase on the anniversary of the Commencement Date each year, in line with the increase to RPI over the preceding twelve-month period.
  • Additional bespoke services may be provided. Fees as agreed between Cantwell Grove Limited and the Trustee(s).
