How to make a complaint
To make a complaint about any aspect of Cantwell Grove’s service, please contact:

If not satisfied with the response, a complaint may be referred to The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS). TPAS are an independent non-profit organisation who may be able to help resolve a complaint informally. TPAS can be contacted at: –
